FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why only 10-15 people? Real transformation requires psychological safety. People won't share genuine burnout struggles in front of 30+ colleagues. Small groups create the trust needed for honest conversation and lasting change. This is the format that actually works.

What if we only have 8-9 people? Contact us. We may be able to accommodate slightly smaller groups depending on the situation, but 10 is our target minimum for group dynamics and cost-effectiveness.

What if we have 20 people who need this? We'd recommend two separate workshops (or consecutive days). This maintains the small-group effectiveness while serving your full team. Volume discount available for multiple bookings.

Can senior leadership attend with their teams? It depends. If people trust their leaders, yes. If there are power dynamics that would prevent honest sharing, better to run separate sessions. Let's discuss your specific situation on the discovery call.

Is this suitable for remote/hybrid teams? The workshop works best when teams work closely together and share context. For distributed teams, we can discuss whether this format suits your needs.

What if someone can't make it on the day? Ideally all participants attend - the group dynamic and shared commitments are part of the value. If someone absolutely cannot attend, they'll miss the workshop transformation.

What about confidentiality? Absolute. What's shared in the workshop stays in the workshop. We don't report back to management about individual concerns unless someone is at immediate risk of harm.

Can you deliver virtually? We've designed this as an in-person workshop because the interactive elements and trust-building work best face-to-face. For specific situations, let's discuss alternatives.

What's included in the follow-up session? 30 days after the workshop, we run a 60-minute virtual Q&A session where participants can ask questions about implementation challenges, share successes, and get additional support.
